Born in New York, L.A. based artist and art teacher Pat Berger were shown oil paintings, watercolors and sculptures. Both her paintings and bronze sculptures focused on human. In the catalog sheet, Claeson describes her approach to the theme through the various materials.

The human in center also applied to Michael Piper’s sculptures. In Sun Axelsson-Piper’s text in the catalog sheet you can read:

Michael depicts his long encounter with man, fellow human being, the other, you who are experienced by me, by myself. It is rarely a definite person. It is a compressed, rich life experience that gets face, borrows its features from the pain, the beauty, the ugliness the goodness, the evil, the love and the stiffening.

His sculptures were created from different colors of marble. Bronze, jewelry and kinetic water sculptures were also displayed at Södertälje konsthall.

Thorsten Thunberg was a member of the Södertälje konstnärskrets (Södertälje artist association) from the start in 1956 and was its first chairman for fifteen years. He was represented with “picture between 1960 – 72” paintings and drawings. Of the 51 exhibited works, three were part of Södertälje municipality’s art collection.
